Ok, I get it. Even Disney World is greedy when it comes to making money.

Even Disney World caters to the wealthy when it comes to waiting on lines. But when your employee at the gate doesn't allow paying guests on a ride and WAITS for Fast Passers to enter the ride, that really stinks. When HE and HIS SUPERVISOR decide, he says to the "poor and slow" line "how many in your party" and then allows ONLY that number in to the ride, that's just not right. Then he turns to look for any Fast Passers.

After allowing 50 or so, he turns again to us "poor and slow", how many? 5. He let's that many in. I think you have a little discrimation going on and it left a bad taste in our mouths.

I had 3 grandchildren there at 8pm and this was our last ride. We might have stayed longer to buy those souvenirs, however, the 3 adults in my group decided not to...let Disney earn their money with the Fast Passers.

We're obviously not as important. Greed and class discrimination...not a rep you people want, but you're earning it.

Sounds like before you make any adult purchases from now on, you need to do your research. Fastpasses are free.

Fastpass holders get in first because it is a FAST PASS. Learn the definitions of the words you are using.

Another thing, throughout the history of man, anyone who has been able to offer the most incentive has always been able to get where and what they want first. It's human nature.

You are so ignorant that you don't know that fastpass is FREE? Then you blame Disney for your ignorance?

Guest

Ugh as much as I am sympathetic, you need to do your research. FastPass is free and available to anyone with ticket media, which should've been you and your party since you got into the park in the first place.

Additionally, cast members have a ratio they have to follow in the middle of the ***; I know, I actually asked them. Now I hate long lines JUST as much as the next person, but to say a cast member is discriminating against you because s/he is doing THEIR JOB is downright discriminatory in of itself. We all pay the same amount, if not more, to come and wait in the same lines.

The difference is, your vacation is what you make it, so if you wanna keep up the ruse that the cast member actually has time to discriminate against you while dealing with both lines, that's your choice. But it will be one that sets the tone for your entire vacation and the worst part is that it came from no-one but yourself.

Fastpass is free and available to everyone

First B

People here are saying fast pass is free, even if it is not and you have to pay for it as you stated in your review it is not discrimination, you pay more you get more behefits.

Guest

Fastpass is entirely free and everyone gets the same advantage. You start out with 3 fastpasses and once you use the last one you can sign up for more at the kiosk one at a time based on availability.

If you didn't do research before you went or even look at all the billboards along the interstate or simply ask a cast member you have no one else to blame for your own simple stupidity.

And yes the fastpass line does RECIEVE priority because it acts like a reservation. They call the normal line the "standby line" because you are standing by to go on the ride.

Um, no, not everyone gets the same advantage. Those staying on property get to reserve their FPs 60 days out, those who live in Florida or who stay off property...

only get to reserve their FP 30 days out.

Everything has changed for the worse : (

Fastpass are free and can be made 30 days in advance for those staying off site. There is no rich or poor involved, and yes, they are going to give those with faspass priority.

You can go to any fastpass kiosk and make fastpasses like anyone else. It is not Disneys fault that you did not get any fastpasses

Not so fast ninjat that is not entirely true when we were there recently I was locked out of the system no fault of mine, I paid for all of our tickets staying off property, but my ticket and my husband's were locked out of the system and we couldn't get fast passes at all!!!! We were treated as badly as I have ever been treated in my life.

I waited in line at customer relations as much or more than I did to rides. I was even told at first by every customer relations perosn that what was happening to our tickets was not possiable until I proved to them that it was happening.

NOT one of them said I am sorry or even attempted to make it right. The younger the cast member happened to be the ruder they were to me, like I had caused this problem that they didn't want to deal with.

I was at Disney in January and had a problem with my fast pass. Big Thunder Mountain was Iced over, Yes Iced over believe it or not.

When it finally opened the line was 2 hours for FastPass.

I went to customer relations and they gave me 6 fast passes that could be used on any ride at any time..... I would say they treated me pretty well!

You DID cause the problem buy buying your tickets offsite.

That is BS. What you are describing did and could not happen. You are a liar.

Wrong! It's a tiered system.

If you stay on property you get to reserve FPs 60 days out. I'm going the end July, can't reserve my FP until 30 days. Have friends going in month... they are staying on property...

tried to reserve their FP's 60 days days... did not get the rides they wanted. So, guess what that means for my family? There is absolutely rich and poor involved.

It's a tiered system.

But, oh, let me point out that we all pay the same amount for our tickets.

The only rides people are not able to get are the Frozen meet and greet and the 7ย dmt Everything else is still available even the day of at the parks. Everyone I know who has gotten on MDE at midnight Florida time at their 60 day date has got everything they want even Frozen and 7DMT. my last trip at spring break we were able to get 7 to 8 fp a day by making them one at time at the parks after our original three were used and we were even able to get tier 1s such as soarin or test track and toy story as our fourth, fith ect fastpass and this was spring break, a very busy time

Oh and by the way you are not paying the same thing. People pay to stay at a Disney resort and you get benefits for choosing to stay on property. You choose to stay of property so you forgo those benefits.

Guest

Yes fast pass is free, however, they now lump the handicapped in with fast pass which is discrimination. Also you can't just go get endless fast passes!

You only get a few and the. You can pay for more. Or if you are staying at a higher priced resort you "may" be able to get more. Prices for tickets are absurdly outrageous so you might think you aren't paying for fast pass but oh yes you are.

Staff or so-called staff members are rude most of the time now.

It's sad. Plus 3-8 hours waiting to see princesses now.

You are not paying for FastPasses! Even if you are staying at a Disney resort you get 3 initial FastPass+ entries per day.

The ONLY way to get more is once those 3 are used you can make ONE additional request and then when that one is used make another request and so on. ANYONE can do this. Resort guests, one-day guests, anyone. As a resort guest I cannot go to my hotel's concierge and say give me more FastPasses.

It doesn't work that way. You CANNOT pay for more FastPasses.

Are you *** or just poorly informed? You can't BUY fastpasses! I'll bet you vote too!

Guest

Fastpasses are free and available to anyone with any kind of park ticket. They can be obtained at kiosks in the park, or via a smartphone app.
